Fitness Classes

We offer ongoing fitness classes throughout the week to help support our patients in their care or anyone in our community who wants to train intentionally.  

Commit to several sessions with a Class Pack.

TriangleCRC Fitness Schedule

  • Yoga: Wednesday evenings 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

  • Run Club: varies seasonally (see schedule to the right!)

  • Women’s Fitness: Saturday mornings 8:15 am - 9:30 am


Our Wellness Wednesday evening yoga class is (6:00-7:00 pm) is ready to help you connect every week with intentional movement and breath work (and a special focus on DNS principles that you'll recognize from your in-office care and at-home rehab exercises). Spend an hour moving with intention; your body, mind, and spirit will thank you!

Our Run Club combines strength training, drill work, and running to help you improve your form, dial in a comfortable pace, and reduce your risk of injury. It could even help you like running! We typically pick a 5K and train our way up to it a few times per year, but you never have to do a race: we just like to enjoy our time together outside!

Our Saturday Women’s Fitness (currently 8:15-9:30am) class is incredibly unique in that it is a cyclical training program based on YOU and your body’s cycles.

When you’re menstruating, your body is having a completely different experience than if you’re ovulating; we think your workout should reflect that! Not cycling? No problem. We can use the moon as a guide!

All of our classes are physician directed, and our coaches are ready to help you adapt as necessary to suit your movement needs, including, of course, throughout pregnancy.

For those of you who are postpartum and have either completed or are currently enrolled in Postpartum Rehab with us, we'll continue supporting your healing process in class.

Small Group Training

A 12-week small group commitment for direct instruction, accountability, and sensibly challenging programming that your chiropractor approves of.

Work with your coach in a small group setting to ensure appropriate form, maximum benefits, and group accountability to help you reach whatever your movement goals are.

Classes are 60 minutes of basic strength training and bodyweight movements to help you gain strength and control through all ranges of motion.

Class Packs

Commit to several sessions for yourself and the savings with a Class Pack. Choose the packages that fits you best: 4, 8, 12 or 16 classes.

Class packs work for all fitness and yoga classes, but not for small group classes.
