TriangleCRC Fees

We will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance. We participated with insurance for a little over three years, from 2019-2023. We no longer participate because insurance companies do not pay for the broad scope of care that we provide. In order for us to continue to provide the best and most comprehensive care that we can to our patients, we switched to self-pay.

We are at capacity for Medicare patients and are not currently accepting any new Medicare patients. Our physicians are non-participating with Medicare.

Our Raleigh Chiropractor Cost

Your visits with our chiropractors consist of hands-on care, meaning that you’ll experience in-person and face-to-face time with the doctors. We strive to provide each individual patient with the best care and treatment necessary to achieve their optimum health. This means that in addition to adjustments, you may also receive hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, kinesio taping, cupping, dry needling, or any of the other variety of services offered at TriangleCRC.  Our self-pay prices reflect the value of the work we do while also honoring our patients’ investment in their healthcare.

Please note the new fee schedule, effective March 1, 2024.

Adult Initial Visit: $193 (60 minutes)

Adult Follow-Up Treatments: $88 (15 minutes)

Adult Re-Exam: $133 (30 minutes) 

Pediatric (under 12) Initial Visit: $173 (45 minutes)

Pediatric Follow-Up Treatments: $68 (15 minutes)

Pediatric Re-Exam: $113 (30 minutes) 

Dry Needling: $45 (30 minutes, this is an add-on service that is provided in conjunction with chiropractic care)

Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Rates:

Acupuncture Initial Visit: $175

Acupuncture Follow-Up Treatments: $135

Additional acupuncture services incur add-on charges:

  • Re-exam: $40

  • Cupping or Gua Sha alone: $65-100

  • Cupping or Gua Sha as add-ons: $45

  • Herbal Consultation: $85

  • Herbs: range from $26-50

  • Facial rejuvenation: $200-$275 (total, not add-on)

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
