Dr. Cory Bailey, Chiropractor and Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Dr. Cory Bailey—Raleigh’s Best Coach-Doctor

Dr. Cory Bailey is a Chiropractor and Strength & Conditioning Specialist in Raleigh, NC. He earned his BS: Exercise Science from Gannon University where he was also the Captain of the Gannon Men’s Basketball team*. He then earned his doctorate in Chiropractic from Logan University in August, 2021.

Dr. Bailey serves his community with an “anti-camp”, multi-model approach to conservative healthcare. This means he’s less attached to titles and more concerned about improving patient function.

(You may seek him out because he’s the best RockTape doctor on the East Coast, but his findings may guide him to utilize Dry Needling instead of kinesio tape.)

Educator & Pupil

He gets fired up about educating graduate students, chiropractors, physical therapists, and personal trainers how to match clinical findings to peak outcomes through the Rehab2Performance organization, where he has been a board member since graduating from chiropractic college.

He has a passion for continued learning for his own growth and development, and is constantly seeking new opportunities to learn. He is FMS and SFMA Level 2 certified, and is trained in multiple systems including: Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT or McKenzie Therapy), Trigger Point Dry Needling, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), RockTape, Motion Palpation Institute (MPI), and many others.

Coach

In addition to collaborating with Dr. Mumma on the injury-preventing, performance-enhancing, and cyclical supporting TriangleCRC fitness programming, Dr. Bailey also creates strength and conditioning programs for collegiate athletes (both teams and individuals). He is responsible for the TriangleCRC gym, overseeing its operations, classes, and scheduling.

Family Man

Dr. Bailey thoroughly enjoys spending his free time with his wife, daughter, son, and puppy by traveling, hiking, and finding the best coffee shops in the area.

*Bragging rights: Dr. Bailey boasts being a college center and being able to dunk a basketball, despite barely scraping 6’ in height himself. (We’ve seen the footage.)

Dr. Bailey discusses how to optimize your function and stability, and how 25,000 times per day, you have a chance to make this better.
