New Offering: Short-Term Tracks!
We began our Short-Term Tracks with personalized Postpartum Rehab sessions to help busy, overwhelmed new moms stay on track with their postpartum recovery.
My Postpartum Rehab class is the only one of its kind: a DNS-based core and pelvic floor recovery course that integrates pelvic floor stability, diastasis rehabilitation, and intentional strength training for whole body recovery after giving birth.
But I stopped teaching PPR in person several years ago as I began to travel to teach other chiropractors. The content of the course is just as incredible online, and has allowed me to help people from Boston to Belgium.
But everyone benefits from an expert caring touch. Our expert-trained Rehab Chiropractic Assistant brings just that to the table.
And she does the same for Dr. Bailey's Mastering Compound Movements course.
MCM gives patients the crucial building blocks for stability through movement: ensuring that strength training improves patient health rather than increasing the risk of injury.
PPR and MCM are our signature programs, each consisting of six weeks of programming to be done twice weekly. And our Short Term Tracks offer 2x per week training these programs with personalized feedback and guidance.
