The Story of TriangleCRC – Raleigh Chiropractic

I realized that our Triangle Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Center Facebook page had an opportunity to write the “story” of TriangleCRC, so I updated the page to reflect what we’re about.  In case you didn’t know, here’s what I shared:

Dr. Lindsay Mumma established TriangleCRC in 2012 and was joined in 2018 by Dr. Mackenzie Smith.
They serve Raleigh and the surrounding areas with the intent of helping patients find improved health through combining chiropractic care with exercise and manual therapy. One-on-one care with every patient is the norm. The office has a particular focus on women’s health and serving those in the Motherhood Transition: both doctors are BIRTHFIT Professionals and Dr. Mumma serves as Regional Director for BIRTHFIT NC.
But women aren’t the only beneficiaries; anyone can benefit from the intentional approach to care offered here, and all are welcome to participate in the chiropractic and other unique services provided in this truly family-friendly environment.

At the front desk, you’ll find Annemarie (along with Izzy) or Rebekah (and Hazel), who are excited about making your appointment comfortable (and also very likely somewhat entertaining).
In the back of the office, you’ll step into the BIRTHFIT NC room: a 400 square foot oasis for women in the Motherhood Transition. BIRTHFIT NC offers prenatal fitness training, childbirth education, personal training or consultations, group postpartum rehabilitation, and postpartum fitness training. With offerings or referrals for all aspects of support from preconception through postpartum, women can find community, connection, and education through fitness, nutrition, chiropractic, and mindset.
